1.雜音:出現這種現象的原因主要有三方面,一是轉子與側板之間滯留所輸送的粉粒物料;二是機殼與轉子間隙小造成其接觸;三是機殼內表面有粉料附著、粉料物融化則轉子與機殼這間間隙消失。解決雜音現象的方法從側面絲堵部位進行氣體沖洗;二是擴大間隙、使其達到恰當的間隙;三是縮小轉子端面面積。

2.振動:出現這種現象的原因主要是鏈條過緊,適當松一下鏈條即可。

3.供料量不足:一是由于泄漏氣體的作用使粉粒物料下落受阻礙;二是粉粒體物料的容重不同于設計值。對于第一種故障采用抽氣措施即可解決;第二種提高轉速,使其達到適宜轉速。

4.卡料:此故障主要由配管不當、使機殼變形及溫度上升、超過間隙設計的溫度;解決方法是在供料器的正上方或正下方使用軟管;擴大間隙使其達到適宜間隙。
