一、管道檢查

造成真空上料機吸力小的管路難題,可能是由于電焊焊接難題導致的管道毀壞,或者是料管被塊狀物料阻塞,難題關鍵產生在真空上料機的入料口出及其管路的相接處,因此可以通過管道的檢查來排除這一故障。

二、過濾裝置檢查

檢查真空上料機過濾芯是不否被阻塞,過濾芯歸屬于易耗品,在應用的全過程中,直徑會伴隨著使用年限慢慢被阻塞,過濾芯如若發生堵塞,應拆裝超聲清洗三十分鐘或立即拆換,以保證真空上料機的正常運轉。

在長時間的應用中,應按時檢查真空上料機各閘閥的密封性是否符合規定,檢查閘閥的密封環是否磨壞。閘閥的密封性問題,會導致真空上料機的真空值損害,導致吸力不足的問題,而且在各種嚴苛的自然環境下更應重視按時維修。
