脈沖除塵器是當含塵氣體由進風口進入除塵器,首先碰到進出風口中間的斜板及擋板,氣流便轉向流入灰斗,同時氣流速度放慢,由于慣性作用,使氣體中粗顆粒粉塵直接流入灰斗。起預收塵的作用,進入灰斗的氣流隨后折而向上通過內部裝有金屬骨架的濾袋粉塵被捕集在濾袋的外表面,凈化后的氣體進入濾袋室上部清潔室,匯集到出風口排出,含塵氣體通過濾袋凈化的過程中
Pulse dust collector is a dust containing gas that enters the dust collector through the air inlet. When it first touches the inclined plate and baffle in the middle of the air inlet and outlet, the airflow turns to flow into the ash hopper. At the same time, the airflow speed slows down, and due to the inertia effect, the coarse dust particles in the gas directly flow into the ash hopper. It serves as a pre dust collector, where the airflow entering the ash hopper is then folded upwards and captured on the outer surface of the filter bag through the filter bag with a metal skeleton inside. The purified gas enters the upper cleaning room of the filter bag room and is collected at the air outlet for discharge. The dusty gas is purified through the filter bag during the purification process

With the increase of time, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag, increasing the resistance of the filter bag, causing the processing air volume to gradually decrease. In order to work normally, it is necessary to control the resistance within a certain range (140-170 millimeters of water column). Once it exceeds the range, the filter bag must be cleaned. During cleaning, the pulse control instrument sequentially triggers each control valve to open the pulse valve, and the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed into the corresponding filter bags through the Venturi tube through each hole of the blowing pipe. The filter bag instantly expands rapidly, causing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag to fall off, and the filter bag returns to its initial state. Dust is cleared and falls into the ash hopper, which is then discharged from the body through the ash discharge system. As a result, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulse sprayed to clean the dust, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and ensuring the operation of the dust removal system.
