倉頂除塵器把揚塵吸入箱體底部,通過濾袋進行過濾,過濾后的空氣被風機排向室外,而粉塵則被濾袋截留,當粉塵在濾袋外表面形成粉層后,定時抖動濾讓表面的粉層降落在除塵器下方的料倉內。

倉頂除塵器工作時,含塵氣體由下部敞開式法蘭進入過濾室,較粗顆粒直接落入灰倉,含塵氣體經濾袋過濾,粉塵阻留于袋表,凈氣經袋口到凈氣室,由風機排入大氣。當濾袋外表的粉塵不時增加,除塵控制儀開啟工作,逐一開啟脈沖閥,使緊縮空氣經過噴口對濾袋停止噴吹清灰,使濾袋忽然收縮,在反向氣流的作用下,賦予袋表的粉塵疾速脫離濾袋落入灰倉,粉塵由卸灰閥排出。利用高速噴射氣流通過濾袋頂時,吹向濾袋內部,形成空氣波,使濾袋由上向下產生急劇的膨脹和沖擊振動,產生有力的的清落粉塵的作用。脈沖清灰作用較強,清灰效果較好,可提高過濾風速。脈沖清灰是目前清灰效果比較好的清灰方式。

When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases from time to time, the dust removal control device starts working and opens the pulse valves one by one, causing compressed air to pass through the nozzle and stop spraying clean dust on the filter bag, causing the filter bag to suddenly shrink. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust on the bag surface quickly separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash bin, and the dust is discharged by the ash discharge valve. When high-speed jet airflow passes through the top of the filter bag, it blows towards the inside of the filter bag, forming an air wave that causes the filter bag to rapidly expand and vibrate from top to bottom, producing a powerful effect on dust removal. The pulse cleaning effect is strong, and the cleaning effect is good, which can improve the filtering wind speed. Pulse cleaning is currently the most effective cleaning method for dust removal.
